Brynna Shoob walked into her first healing practice, took one look around, and immediately knew three things:

She has stood behind more front desks than she can count, and what she found there was not a receptionist. It was the entire foundation of a business, being held together by one person who had no idea how much power they held.
The Path
Brynna built her career inside natural medicine and wellness clinics, which means she has seen things. She has watched gifted, brilliant healers burn out not because they stopped caring about their patients, but because the administrative chaos caught up with them first. She watched it happen again and again, from the inside, with a front-row seat nobody asked for and no one could look away from.

So she rebuilt her entire career around fixing that. Not as a virtual assistant. Not as a generic consultant. As someone who has been inside these practices, who understands the specific chaos of the natural medicine world, and who treats operations not as a checklist but as an act of care for the people doing the healing.
The Practice
She named her practice Brynna Shoob LLC, which is extremely on-brand for a person who has always been exactly herself and slightly unapologetic about it. Her services have names like The Stewardship Engine and The Impact Catalyst, which sound intense, because they are. She is not here to give you a spreadsheet and wave goodbye.
She built her business from the ground up, which is relevant context for the fact that she does not panic easily, does not waste time, and does not pretend that the business of healing is simple. She knows it is not. That is the whole point.
When Brynna walks into your practice for the first time, she is already noticing who knows what they are responsible for and who is looking at their shoes. The answer, historically, is almost everyone. She is not here to judge that. She is here because she has seen what happens when it gets sorted out, and it is the closest thing to magic that operations consulting has to offer.
